I bought “Remove ads” but still see ads.
Make sure you are signed in to the same Google Play / Apple account used for the purchase, then reopen the app or tap “Restore purchase” in the settings. Purchases are linked to your store account, not to the device.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store, so refunds are requested there: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or reportaproblem.apple.com.
A permission was denied and the feature doesn’t work.
Open your device Settings → Apps → HWP Viewer - Edit HWPX & PDF → Permissions and allow the permission the feature needs. Permissions are used only for that feature — see the privacy policy. Privacy policy →
How can I stop personalized ads?
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.
How do I delete my data?
Our apps don’t use accounts and keep your data on your device. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it removes it. For anything else, contact us and we will handle it within 30 days.
