1. The service

The App is free to download and works without an account. We may change, improve or discontinue features, design or supported devices. We announce significant removals in the update notes or the store listing.

2. Advertising

Venezia: Typing Word Game shows advertising provided by third-party ad networks. Products and services in ads, and any dealings with advertisers, are the advertisers' responsibility. Tapping an ad may open another app or website. The privacy policy explains what information advertising uses.

3. Purchases

The App offers optional paid features such as removing ads. Prices are shown before you buy, and payment is processed by the app store you downloaded the App from; we never receive your card details.

• Restoring purchases: purchases belong to your app store account, not the device. Sign in with the same account and tap "Restore purchase" in the App's settings.
• Refunds: refunds are requested from and decided by the app store under its refund policy.
• Digital content: paid features are digital content supplied immediately after payment. Where the law allows, your right of withdrawal may end once you agree to immediate supply and start using it.
• If a paid feature can no longer be provided, we handle it as required by law and the store's policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Using the App unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights
• Reverse engineering or modifying the App, or bypassing its ads or purchases
• Clicking ads by automated means or generating invalid traffic
• Interfering with the normal operation of the App or its servers

5. Ownership

The App and its design, text, images and code belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal licence to use the App and do not transfer any rights in it. Content you create with the App (photos, notes and so on) remains yours.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". Measurements, calculations, conversions and sensor readings depend on your device and surroundings and are for reference only; they do not replace medical, safety, legal or financial advice. We do not promise that the App will always work without errors.

Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

7. Privacy

How the App handles information, including for advertising, is explained in the privacy policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the law or the App changes. Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date, and significant changes that are not in your favour are announced in the App or on this page before they apply. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please contact us first if a dispute arises. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protections and the right to bring proceedings that the consumer laws of your country of residence give you.

회사는 앱을 무료로 내려받아 쓸 수 있게 제공합니다. 회원가입 없이 사용할 수 있고, 앱의 기능·디자인·지원 기기는 개선이나 운영상 필요에 따라 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 중요한 기능을 없애는 경우에는 앱 업데이트 안내나 앱 마켓의 설명을 통해 알립니다.

2. 광고

Venezia: Typing Word Game에는 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고는 제3자 광고 네트워크가 제공하며, 광고에 나오는 상품·서비스와 그 거래는 광고주의 책임입니다. 광고를 누르면 다른 앱이나 웹사이트로 이동할 수 있습니다. 광고에 쓰이는 정보는 개인정보처리방침에서 설명합니다.

3. 유료 기능과 결제

앱 안에서 광고 제거 등 유료 기능을 살 수 있습니다. 가격은 구매 화면에 표시되며, 결제는 앱을 내려받은 앱 마켓이 처리합니다. 회사는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.

• 구매 복원: 구매는 기기가 아니라 앱 마켓 계정에 연결됩니다. 같은 계정으로 로그인한 기기에서 앱 설정의 "구매 복원"을 누르면 다시 적용됩니다.
• 환불: 환불 신청과 처리는 앱 마켓의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 앱 마켓이 정한 절차로 신청해 주세요.
• 디지털 콘텐츠: 유료 기능은 결제가 끝나면 바로 제공되는 디지털 콘텐츠입니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 즉시 제공에 동의하고 사용을 시작하면 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 앱이 서비스를 종료하거나 기능을 제공하지 못하게 되면 법령과 앱 마켓 정책에 따라 처리합니다.

4. 이용자가 하지 말아야 할 일

• 법령을 위반하거나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 용도로 앱을 쓰는 행위
• 앱을 역분석·변조하거나, 광고·결제 기능을 우회하는 행위
• 자동화된 방법으로 광고를 누르거나 비정상적인 트래픽을 만드는 행위
• 앱이나 서버의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위

5. 권리

앱과 그 안의 디자인·문구·이미지·코드에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이 약관은 이용자에게 앱을 개인적으로 사용할 수 있는 권한을 줄 뿐, 앱에 대한 권리를 넘기지 않습니다. 이용자가 앱으로 만든 사진·메모 등 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.

6. 책임의 범위

앱은 현재 상태 그대로 제공됩니다. 측정·계산·변환 결과나 센서 값은 기기 성능과 환경에 따라 달라질 수 있는 참고용 정보이며, 의료·안전·법률·재무 판단을 대신하지 않습니다. 회사는 앱이 항상 오류 없이 동작한다고 보증하지 않습니다.

회사는 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 앱 사용으로 생긴 간접적·부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임과, 이용자가 거주하는 나라의 소비자 보호 법령이 보장하는 권리는 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.

7. 개인정보

앱이 처리하는 정보와 광고에 쓰이는 정보는 개인정보처리방침에서 설명합니다.

8. 약관의 변경

회사는 법령이나 서비스가 바뀌면 약관을 고칠 수 있습니다. 고친 약관은 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시하며, 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 앱이나 이 페이지에서 알립니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 쓰면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

9. 준거법과 분쟁

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요. 소송이 필요한 경우 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따릅니다. 이용자가 다른 나라에 사는 소비자라면, 그 나라 소비자 보호 법령이 보장하는 권리와 관할은 그대로 유지됩니다.
