Altimeter - GPS & Barometer

English description
Altimeter measures your altitude accurately using two methods: GPS and barometer sensor. Designed for hikers, mountaineers, paragliders, skydivers, and everyday users who need instant altitude readings the moment the app launches.
✨ Key Features
📡 2 Altitude Measurement Modes
• Barometer Mode: Real-time altitude from pressure sensor (±10–50m)
• GPS Mode: High-precision satellite-based altitude (±10–100m)
- Automatically switches to GPS on devices without a barometer sensor
🧭 Compass
• 8-direction real-time display (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW)
• 0–360° heading with auto-calibration
📊 Live Stats & Analysis
• Real-time max/min/average altitude tracking
• Altitude chart (last 100 data points)
• Analog gauge display
• Weather trend analysis from pressure changes (Stable / Improving / Deteriorating)
💾 Record Management
• Smart auto-save (every 5s + on 10m altitude change)
• Filter & sort by date, altitude, or pressure
• Detailed record view (date, altitude, location, pressure)
🎯 Use Cases
• Hiking / Trekking: Check summit altitude and elevation gain
• Paragliding / Skydiving: Log launch and landing altitude
• Road trips / Travel: Record altitude at visited locations
• Weather forecasting: Detect weather trends via pressure changes
